A key piece to our value creation and sharing process will be our game operators.

We will offer our games to other land owners to operate their own gaming centers under their own brand. We will typically start with 2 operators and expand to maximum of 4 depending on the scale. This strategy works in favour of both the operators and players which helps us in establishing a stronger trust amongst our community.

Operators will benefit as they get plug and play games to deploy on their land and can use their community building and management skills to operate a large gaming center. Operators are free to brand and market their gaming center. We will typically have a profit sharing agreement with operators in the beginning but as the product matures, we plan to give operators more flexibility in terms of managing games, rewards and house liquidity. We will not charge operators for our game server costs or development costs at any point.

On the other hand, Players will get easy access to games. Moreover, different operators will fight for players in the long run which will benefit players as new operators might offer better winning terms in order to attract players. But, at the same time, operators who are not profitable will exit and this will serve a checking mechanism for players and operators and thus bring in stability of earnings in the long run.
